This box contains everything you need to build a tall town house, suitable for many 28-35mm fantasy and historical games. The interior is fully detailed and the roof and upper floor are removable. The set comes complete with furniture and scatter terrain to accessorise your gaming table. Many of the pieces are modular and can be assembled in different combinations or mixed and matched with the rest of the range. The terrain is supplied flat-packed on high-quality, high-density card, printed in full colour on both sides, so no painting required!

If you cancel less than 24 hours before a special event, your payment will be retained to cover the preparations already set in motion. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations—choose your quests wisely!
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by a valid receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. However, all trading card game (TCG) sales are final, including sealed products and singles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on trading cards.
Used games and consignment items are also final sale, and paints, hobby supplies, and opened games cannot be returned unless defective. If you believe you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to make it right.
