At Swords & Spoons, we strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests. By participating in events or using our play space, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event or store, suspension of event privileges, or a permanent ban, with or without refund, at the sole discretion of Swords & Spoons.
Treat all players, staff, judges, volunteers, and guests with courtesy and respect. Bullying, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Cheating, intentionally misrepresenting game rules or card interactions, falsifying dice rolls, collusion, or any other dishonest conduct is prohibited. During competitive events, outside assistance or coaching is not permitted unless specifically allowed by the event rules.
Store staff, event organizers, judges, and Game Masters are responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. Their instructions and rulings must be followed.
Please handle all merchandise, furniture, terrain, miniatures, books, and game materials with care. Store property may not be removed from the premises without permission.
Customers may be held financially responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse, negligence, or reckless behavior.
Theft or attempted theft of store merchandise or another person's property will result in immediate removal from the store and may be reported to law enforcement.
Running, roughhousing, horseplay, or behavior that creates a safety hazard is prohibited.
Only food and beverages purchased from Swords & Spoons may be consumed inside the store unless prior approval has been granted by store management.
Guests are expected to maintain reasonable personal hygiene while visiting the store. Individuals whose hygiene, body odor, or excessive use of fragrances creates a disruption or discomfort for others may be asked to leave and return at another time.
Please dispose of trash properly, return chairs to their original location, and help keep the play area clean for the next group.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Swords & Spoons is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for the conduct of minors attending events and must pick up participants promptly at the conclusion of scheduled activities unless other arrangements have been approved by store management.
Please arrive on time for scheduled events. Late arrivals may forfeit their seat or delay participation at the discretion of the event organizer.
For the safety and security of our customers, staff, and property, Swords & Spoons utilizes video surveillance throughout the store. By entering the premises, you acknowledge that you may be recorded in common areas of the store.
Recorded footage may be reviewed by store management for security, safety, loss prevention, policy enforcement, or to investigate suspected theft, property damage, cheating, or other incidents. Footage may be provided to law enforcement as permitted or required by applicable law.
Threatening, violent, or illegal conduct may result in immediate removal from the premises and notification of law enforcement.
Swords & Spoons reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose behavior violates this Code of Conduct or otherwise interferes with the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests. Refunds for removed participants are issued only at the sole discretion of Swords & Spoons.
This Code of Conduct may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Swords & Spoons offers table and private room rentals for customers looking to enjoy tabletop games, role-playing games, trading card games, and other hobby activities in our dedicated play space.
Table rentals are $10.00 per table for up to 4 hours of play.
Customers are strongly encouraged to call or message the store before visiting to confirm table availability. This is especially important Friday through Sunday, when tables are often reserved for scheduled events and tournaments.
Table availability is first come, first served unless reserved in advance. Reservations are subject to availability.
Customers who spend $20.00 or more in a single transaction may receive one complimentary table rental for that day, subject to table availability.
The qualifying purchase must be made on the same day the table is being used. Complimentary table rentals have no cash value, may not be combined with other offers unless approved by store management, and are not valid for private room rentals or special events unless otherwise stated.
The private room may be reserved for $30.00 for up to 4 hours, subject to availability.
Advance reservations are recommended. Payment may be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Private room reservations are subject to the store's Event Registration and Refund Policy. If you need to cancel, we need 48 business hours' notice.
Customers are expected to follow the Swords & Spoons In-Store Code of Conduct while using the play space.

Rentals are limited to the reserved rental period unless additional time is purchased or approved by store staff. Extensions are subject to availability.
Scheduled store events, tournaments, classes, and private reservations take priority over general table rentals. While we will make every effort to accommodate all guests, table availability cannot be guaranteed without a reservation.
Swords & Spoons reserves the right to refuse or cancel table or private room rentals, reassign tables as necessary for store operations, and deny future rentals for violations of store policies or the In-Store Code of Conduct.
