Those wishing to live by the water’s edge must adapt their homes, bedding stilted foundations into the lakebed and constructing raised wooden walkways to access their boats and the shore alike. This box contains everything you need to build a peaceful lake house, suitable for many 28-35mm fantasy and historical games. The interior is fully detailed and the roof is removable. The set comes complete with a lake, two ponds and 18″ / 45cm of raised walkways. Many of the pieces are modular and can be assembled in different combinations or mixed and matched with the rest of the range. The terrain is supplied flat-packed on high-quality, high-density card, printed in full colour on both sides, so no painting required! The terrain requires assembly, and some smaller parts will require glue.

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by a valid receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. However, all trading card game (TCG) sales are final, including sealed products and singles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on trading cards.
Used games and consignment items are also final sale, and paints, hobby supplies, and opened games cannot be returned unless defective. If you believe you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to make it right.
