Important Information:

  • Wizards Account: Please sign up for a Wizards Account before registering if you don’t have one. All participants must sign in to the event.
  • Cancellations: Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
  • Arrival Time: We ask that pods intending to play together arrive at a similar time to help conserve table space, but we can also help you find pods if you arrive without a group or later in the evening.

At Swords and Spoons, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our customers and adventurers. Please note that all event entry fees are final. If you cancel less than 24 hours before a special event, your payment will be retained to cover the preparations already set in motion. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations—choose your quests wisely!

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by a valid receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. However, all trading card game (TCG) sales are final, including sealed products and singles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on trading cards.

Used games and consignment items are also final sale, and paints, hobby supplies, and opened games cannot be returned unless defective. If you believe you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to make it right.
